ART OF NATURE
Reconnect with your natural creativity
A land art workshop in partnership with Art of Living Denmark.
Through natural materials, silence, and observation, this experience in nature invites you to reconnect with your creativity. No art experience is required. Everyone is creative in their own unique way.
Land art is the tool. Nature is the space. Creativity is what you're really here for.
What You'll Experience
Over three days you will:
-
Begin with a guided meditation led by an Art of Living teacher
-
Learn the basics of land art as a creative practice
-
Create using leaves, stones, branches, flowers, and other natural materials
-
Experience periods of silence to deepen presence and observation
-
Reflect, share, and reconnect with your creative process
This is not about making perfect artwork. It's about experiencing your own creativity.
Friday: Breath & Creativity
We start indoors with breathwork and meditation. Then a short introduction to land art, and how to use it to explore your own creativity.
Saturday: Creating in Nature
We meet in Frederiksberg Park. Connect with nature, observe, and create from what you find. Let your own creativity take over.
Sunday: Reflect and Let Go
Back to the park, to what you already made, or to something new. The day ends indoors, reflecting on your experience and any photos or videos you took, and closing thoughts on keeping your creativity alive in daily life.
